		Gidi Kimchi Tesnet Group, President & CEO As co-founder and CEO of Tesnet Group since 1997, Mr. Kimchi led the company’s continuous growth making it one of the top global QA and testing companies with operations in more than 10 countries. Under Mr. Kimchi’s leadership, the company finalized its Initial Public Offering on the Tel Aviv Stock exchange in early 2000. With more than 15 years of experience in various IT sectors, Mr. Kimchi is the former CEO of Sysnet, Amanet Management and Systems’ software company. Before leading Sysnet, he accumulated extensive experience in preparing strategic IT plans for large organizations; tackled large, complex project management efforts; and led multiple development and testing teams as part of numerous complicated global projects. Mr. Kimchi earned a B.Sc., with Honors, in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ben-Gurion University, as well as an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

		Gil Itzhak Tesnet Group, Group Deputy CEO and COO As co-founder and Deputy CEO and COO of Tesnet Group since 1997, Mr. Itzhak led the company’s global expansion and brought it to profitable operations in 10 countries, with multi-million dollars in annual revenue in 2002. Mr. Itzhak brings with him more than 15 years of technology experience, as COO at Sysnet – Amanet Management and Systems’ software company. Before Sysnet, he saw many successful efforts to completion with his extensive project management experience, developed strategic IT plans for many sizeable organizations, and directed application development and testing teams on complex technology projects around the world. Mr. Itzhak holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Newport University.

		J`rgen Volles Tesnet Group Central Europe CEO Munich-born J`rgen Volles has been managing Tesnet Group GmbH in Germany since May 2002. Since then, Mr. Volles has developed successful partnerships with Merant, Segue and Mercury Interactive to develop best-of-breed customer solutions. Mr. Volles brings with him close to a decade of experience in software quality assurance and testing, as well as expertise with automated testing tools. Before joining forces with Tesnet Group, he founded Isardata Software Quality Engineering GmbH, through which he developed several successful testing systems and trained his client’s personnel, including people at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Norisbank, Aventis and Pharma. Mr. Volles is 30 years old, and he studied in Rosenheim where he was awarded a certificate in Computer Sciences Study in the technical and business areas.

		Chan Dabare Tesnet Group Northern Europe CEO Since Chan Dabare joined Tesnet as result of the merger with Nexus Managed Solutions, He has developed the company by acquiring new businesses and by creating new service offerings. Chan has over 15 years experience in the commercial technology marketplace. He has developed three consultancies over the past 10 years. Pulse Systems, a management consultancy, another IT consultancy (name not disclosed due to commercial reasons) which specialised in testing & quality assurance and more recently The Nexus Group which provides managed IT solutions coupled with knowledge transfer and quality assurance consultancy. In all three cases the companies experienced significant revenue growth, consistently high levels of profitability, exceptionally low staff turnover and a perfect record of customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Chan spent many years in senior project management in a variety of industries. Mr Dabare left his previous position as the CEO of Nexus to join Tesnet as a result of the Tesnet acquisition of testing services of Nexus. At Tesnet Group UK apart from being responsible Tesnet in UK and Northern Europe he is responsible for group service delivery of offshore services, resource management and strategic development of new services and business. He is a member of the Charted Institute of Marketing and holds a BSc in Business Computing a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering and an MBA.

		Antti Kojola Tesnet Group Scandinavia CEO Antti Kojola has a vast practical experience on business management working on a variety of industries. Prior joining Tesnet Group he has been a Director in ROCE Partners focusing on creating new professional services in the Nordic market. Before that, Antti Kojola had worked with SAP Finland (consulting and business development), United Nations (Business systems in Procurement) and Unilever (Logistics). He has wide knowledge and understanding of enabling IT-technologies and the business context where those are needed. In his consulting engagements he has been helping clients to formulate their business and IT –roadmaps. Mr. Kojola holds M.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management fro Lappeenranta University of Technology.

		Danny Silberstein Tesnet Group ISRAEL, CEO Mr. Danny Silberstein has been managing Tesnet Israel since 2007. Danny brings more than 20 years of vast business and IT technology experience in a variety of business market sectors. Before joining Tesnet Group Danny was Integrity's CEO, one of the leading integrator infrastructures companies in Israel. Under his leadership Integrity’s was doubled in size and revenue. Since 1985 Danny held variety of positions in different companies as an IT professional and Manager. During this time he accumulated extensive experience in building and managing IT divisions and P&L groups. Danny has an MBA degree from Harriet-Watt University, Edinburgh Scotland and a BA in business management, Internship information technologies.

		Marc Hershorin Tesnet Group North America VP.Sales & Marketing Marc Hershorin has 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Marc has been involved in the application lifecycle environment since the year 2000 working for companies such as Telelogic and Segue Software. Prior to the testing space, Marc’s focus was on network design and integration. His knowledge and understanding of IT Technology has enabled his clients to improve their data communication and quality. Marc holds a degree in Business Management from Widener University and a Radiologic Technology degree from Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital.

		Markus Eck Tesnet Group Switzerland CEO During his 13 years of experience, Markus Eck has specialized in Business Development and Consultancy in the IT area. Markus has a vast knowledge and business understanding of the Swiss, Austrian and German IT markets due to intensive work for the last 8 years. Before joining Tesnet Group, Markus has worked for MarchFirst Inc., Cell Consulting AB and other IT companies located in the US and all over Europe. His major emphasis was on developing customer relations in the automotive and high-tech industries and initiating projects in the bank/insurance area. Markus main fields of expertise focused on implementation of ERP, ECM and Web- based applications, Change Management processes and variety of Organisational companies concepts. Markus holds an ETA degree in Economics studies from the University of Augsburg.
